Governance Board
The FOF Governance Board is the official voting body. This group has the authority to dedicate resources to projects and direct the Executive Board to further act on initiatives. The group also approves new board members and can bring forth project ideas. This group meets quarterly.

Executive Board
The FOF Executive Board is the working group. Made up of the Chair, Vice Chair, Chamber and EDC presidents, as well as an at-large member, this body recommends action to the Governance Board and can take further action on projects with direction from the Governance Board. The group reviews projects before taking them to the board and as such, meets before each Governance Board meeting and additionally as needed.

Advisory Council
Our Advisory Council is comprised of region-wide stakeholders. The group gives input on processes and procedures, sends forth project ideas, gives direction and advice on initiatives and acts as an overall sounding board for FOF. The group doesn’t have final authority on any votes and meets as needed.
